2. Educational Content Only
All content on this platform — including but not limited to research reports, signal model outputs, conviction scores, portfolio allocations, market commentary, and guides — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of personal recommendation.
Murray Money Pro is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this platform should be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision. You must make your own independent assessment of any investment.
3. Membership and Subscriptions
Membership subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
During any free trial period, full platform access is granted. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Murray Money Pro reserves the right to modify subscription prices or features with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
4. Acceptable Use
You may access and use Murray Money Pro content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any Murray Money Pro content without written permission • Share member-only content with non-members • Use automated systems to scrape or harvest content from the platform • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or member accounts • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Murray Money Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content published by Murray Money Pro — including the signal system design, research methodology, written content, branding, and platform design — is the intellectual property of Murray Money Pro. All rights are reserved.
The Murray Pro Pine Script indicators are licensed to individual members for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be shared, copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed.
6. Data and Privacy
Murray Money Pro collects certain personal data in connection with your membership and newsletter subscription. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for email delivery. Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Murray Money Pro and its operators accept no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:
• Reliance on any content published on the platform • Any investment or financial decision made based on platform content • Technical failures, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the platform • Any third-party data or information referenced in our content
Your use of Murray Money Pro is entirely at your own risk.
8. Changes to These Terms
Murray Money Pro may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Murray Money Pro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
